We are a specialist brand studio for organisations navigating moments of change built with long-term cultural, social and environmental responsibility at our core. We are now looking for a Client-Facing Project Manager who is ready to grow with our business.

Responsibilities

• Managing key projects independently while also working collaboratively as part of the wider delivery team, contributing to shared goals and supporting other projects when needed.

• Championing our project management system (Productive) to manage projects, keeping projects up to date with actions, milestones, feedback and resourcing, while overseeing budgets, tracking spend, forecasting and reporting on project health.

• Identifying delivery risks and budget or timeline pressures and proactively proposing solutions to keep projects on track.

• Acting as the point of contact for key clients, leading clear and confident communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Promoting sustainable and socially conscious practices by default at all stages of a project - from capturing sustainability considerations at client briefing through to delivery and supplier selection.

• Partnering with senior management and the Operations Director on significant scope changes, major budget decisions or strategic delivery considerations.
